Diplomatic missions, international organisations and European institutions will lodge requests to carry firearms online by logging onto the online protocol services (mae-protocole.public.lu) at least 2 working days before the desired date for being authorised to carry firearms. Once the request has been validated by the competent authorities, the authorisation number for the carrying of firearms will be e-mailed to you.
Any amendment or cancellation of requests to carry firearms is to be made online only.
